Between us, we’ve spent nearly 20 years in North West London across Marylebone, Maida Vale, Notting Hill, St. John’s Wood and now Queen’s Park, where we both live with our young families.

We love the buzzy cafes and parks, the wonderful range of schools (our children are in both private and state) and the community.

Over the years we’ve bought, sold, renovated and managed a number of properties in the area.

Through these projects we’ve learnt a lot about what makes a home work and what doesn’t from both an internal design perspective and the crucial outside elements — commutes, parks, schools and communities.
