Search — We then preview homes in-person, visiting on and off market properties that meet your brief.
Report — We’ll curate a shortlist with recommendations based on our local knowledge and experience for you to review.
The Purchase
Viewings — Once you’re happy with the shortlist, we’ll arrange viewings at times that suit you. We often accompany, bringing architectural, design and landscape experts with us, but equally don’t have to.
Assessment — With insight on areas, schools and communities we advise on true value and suitability, and together we assess.
Purchase — When you’re ready, we agree on a clear purchase strategy, handling negotiations on your behalf until the right offer is accepted.
The Move
Legal — There are often legal hurdles. We’ll manage this process though to completion, coordinating the right professionals to keep things moving.
Support — After you receive the keys, we’re here to help you settle in and connect you with any specialists you might need.
