We have two pricing options.
Whichever you choose, you’ll always get our dedicated personal service.
Fixed option
A fixed, upfront fee of £12,000 + VAT
Percentage option
1.5% + VAT of purchase price on exchange.
This comes with a non-refundable retainer fee of £2,000 which is deductible from the final buying fee.
